Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates to ensure productivity standardsImplement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols to maintain accident-free environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce operational costs by 15%
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
