Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling and vendor relations
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management with 2+ years supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
