Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize inventory control and implement efficient workflow processes
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
