Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to ensure accident-free work environment
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS software and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
