Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems
