Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in inventory management and WMS systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Valid forklift certification and basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
