Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety culture
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Implement lean principles to reduce processing time by 20%
- Conduct daily warehouse audits and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee equipment maintenance and forklift operator certifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus for diverse team management
