Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipping/receiving
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- High school diploma; associate's degree in logistics a plus
