Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members with performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and quality control teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and process improvement
- Proven ability to manage 15+ employees in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
