Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and technology utilization for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and implement corrective actions for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation and cross-functional operations
- Develop and maintain SOPs while ensuring OSHA compliance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory control
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and drive process improvements
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
