Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement WMS best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain OSHA standards
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Conduct cycle counts and lead annual inventory audits
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
