Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless supply chain coordination
- Generate performance reports and KPIs to track operational efficiency and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Experience implementing process improvements and lean methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment operation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
