Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and automated systems
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts in WMS software
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Train junior packers on new processes and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification a major plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
