Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and rotate products to ensure quality control
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete daily sanitation and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
