Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers and shrink-wrap machines
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse hygiene standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
