Responsibilities
- Unloading and sorting incoming inventory with precision
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Meeting daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts
- Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
