Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate stock transfers.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare performance reports and manage staff attendance and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and OSHA 10/30 training is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
