Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance metrics
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and inventory management systems for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and coordinate third-party vendor services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
