Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99%+ accuracy rates
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs and reduce operational costs
- Conduct cycle counts and manage warehouse audits
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Proven track record in inventory optimization
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
