Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Lead and train 10-15 team members using performance metrics
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with procurement and transportation teams
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Analyze operational data to reduce costs and improve productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Data analysis experience with inventory management metrics
