- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Manage warehouse layout and equipment allocation for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees with proven retention success
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift and heavy equipment operation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
