Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain equipment maintenance schedules
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control systems for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on equipment operation and standard operating procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
