Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (provided).
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and assist with scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain certification with our provided equipment).
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
