Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Operate and maintain provided equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory scanners
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided WMS software
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and resolve logistical discrepancies
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator certification (provided)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (training provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
