Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy
- Conduct safety training and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate operational reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in distribution/logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ employees effectively
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
