Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus
