Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with flexible scheduling support
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff training programs
- Generate operational reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
