Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and efficient workflows
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inventory movement
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA safety certification or equivalent training
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
