Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Manage inventory levels through cycle counts, stock audits, and coordination with supply chain teams.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to perform the essential job functions.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
