Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records via tablet interface
- Collaborate with remote team leads through virtual communication tools
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in cross-functional logistics projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
