Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates with flexible scheduling options
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching for team members
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy and on-time shipping metrics
- Collaborate with procurement to manage stock levels and replenishment cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control methods
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for operational challenges
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain management preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
