Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping.Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and morale.Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximize efficiency and space utilization.Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.Collaborate with logistics coordinators to resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.Proven experience in inventory control and stock management systems.Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
