Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive, safety-conscious, and high-performance work environment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to minimize risks and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and streamline logistics.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast staffing needs and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
- Forklift certification and working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
