Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to optimize productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems including WMS and RFID tracking
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety compliance expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement projects
- Proven ability to manage large-scale inventory operations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
