Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Optimize workflow processes and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve stock discrepancies and delivery issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
