Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Valid forklift certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
