Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and manage 15+ team members to ensure peak productivity
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and streamline material handling processes
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
