Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment usage, and inventory processes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and communicate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for inventory and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
