Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and best practices
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports for operational analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No experience required – we provide paid training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
