Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely delivery of goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and communicate with management
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
