Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory management teams
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
