Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse team members, ensuring daily productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS software and lean methodologies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team improvement plans
- Resolve operational escalations while maintaining service levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse experience or related operations background
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record
