Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare accurate daily reports regarding team performance, productivity, and inventory variance.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be willing to obtain if not currently certified).
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
