Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ member team in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage remote team coordination via digital communication tools
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless supply chain flow
- Mentor staff through performance reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel/BI tools
- Excellent remote communication and digital collaboration skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
