Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize inventory accuracy and space utilization
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation schedules
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, inventory software)
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Experience with remote team management tools
- Proven track record of process optimization
