Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation planning and carrier coordination
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with procurement, sales, and quality assurance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication abilities with experience in remote team management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
