Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage a team of warehouse associates, conducting training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock accuracy.
- Analyze operational data to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
