Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and task delegation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and coordinate receiving/shipping processes
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide targeted team training
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
