Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Generate and analyze operational reports to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
