Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to optimize shipping schedules and routes.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
- Handle conflict resolution and performance evaluations for staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
